General Policy

By placing an order with KOOKIE KARNIVAL, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure clear communication and a smooth transaction for both parties.

Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 
• Orders should be placed two weeks in advance.  
• The balance of the payment must be made at pickup.
• If you should need an order within two weeks, a rush fee of $25.00 will be added to your order.  A rush order will be honored only if there is space available on the booking calendar. All rush orders must be paid in full plus the $25 rush fee before being put on booking calendar. There will be no refunds on rush orders.
• Monthly Specials orders must be paid in full. There will be no refunds on monthly specials.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to your order (flavor, size, design) must be made at least FIVE days before agreed upon pickup date.
• Cancellations:
  • If canceled five days before the agreed upon pickup date, 50% of the total payment will be refunded. 
• Orders that are not picked up on the agreed date will not be refunded.

Delivery & Pickup

• Pickup is available at 48 Chickasaw Drive, Shawnee, OK, at agreed upon day and time.
• Once the cookies are picked up, KOOKIE KARNIVAL is not responsible for any damage. Please handle and transport with care. INSTRUCTION CARD is attached to order.
• Once  your order is picked up, there will be no refund for damage to your order.

Custom Designs & Artistic License

• While we do our best to match design requests, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Colors and decorations may vary slightly due to ingredient availability and artistic discretion.
